Product Features

High activity: Platinum itself has excellent catalytic activity for a variety of reactions.
High dispersion: Alumina carrier can effectively disperse expensive platinum metal into a large number of tiny particles, maximally expose active sites and improve the utilization rate of platinum.
Thermal stability: Alumina carrier can maintain structural stability at higher temperatures, support platinum particles, and prevent them from over-sintering and growing.
Adjustable acidity: The surface of alumina has a certain acidity (mainly Lewis acid sites), which can produce a synergistic effect with platinum metal sites, affecting the reaction path and selectivity.
Mechanical strength: Meet the operating requirements of industrial reactors (such as fixed beds).

Main application areas:

Petroleum refining - catalytic reforming: converting naphtha (low octane) into high-octane gasoline components and important chemical raw materials (benzene, toluene, xylene, i.e. BTX).
Automobile exhaust purification: converting CO/NOx/HC pollutants in a three-way catalytic converter
Volatile organic compounds (VOCs) catalytic oxidation: used to treat harmful organic matter in industrial exhaust gas, completely oxidizing it to CO₂ and H₂O at a lower temperature.
Hydrogenation reactions: such as aromatic hydrocarbon hydrogenation, olefin selective hydrogenation, oil hydrogenation, etc.
Dehydrogenation reaction: such as dehydrogenation of long-chain alkanes to produce olefins (used to produce detergent raw materials).
Fuel cells: Promote hydrogen and oxygen electrochemical reactions.

Storage requirements: Store in a dry and sealed place at room temperature, avoiding contact with reducing atmosphere.
